Alex Yang
Chairman, Board of Directors
Alex Yang, MD, MBA is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Xelay Foundation. Alex is President and CEO of Xelay Acumen, a leading healthcare strategy and management consulting firm. Alex also serves as a board member on other non-profit organizations including the Taiwanese American Foundation, Odyssey Middle School, and Hillsdale High School Foundation.
Alex received his BS degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, MD from the University of Chicago School of Medicine, and MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. In his spare time, Alex enjoys spending time with family and playing tennis.

April Chen
Director, Community Engagement
April Chen is Director of Community Engagement at Xelay Foundation. Since 2015, April has managed and developed partnerships with organizations such as Taiwanese American Foundation, Samaritan House, and Xelay Acumen.
Prior to Xelay Foundation, April developed a breadth of experience in health education, publication planning and strategy, and event planning.
April received her BA in Molecular and Cell Biology with a Biochemistry emphasis from the University of California, Berkeley. In her spare time, April enjoys reading, swimming, and spending time with friends.

Apollo Chen
Associate Director, Development
Apollo Chen is the Associate Director of Development at Xelay Foundation. Since 2021, Apollo has established and cultivated programs including the Xelay Foundation Academic Scholarship and the Xelay Foundation Collegiate Tennis Scholarship.
Prior to Xelay Foundation, Apollo developed a breadth of experience in program development, project management, and event planning.
Apollo received his BA in Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine. In his spare time, Apollo enjoys fishing, cooking, and playing volleyball.
Zofia Dziewiecka
Intern, Sports Management
Zofia is an Analyst Intern in the Sports Management Department. Prior to joining Xelay, Zofia gained a breadth of experience proposing strategies for athlete branding and partnership outreach, as well as identifying specific industry segments for potential sponsorship targets. Zofia is currently pursuing her Bachelor's in Business Administration in Sports Management at Menlo College. In her spare time, Zofia enjoys playing tennis, baking, and running.
